Udaan Airways is an aggregator and is not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or issues caused by the airlines, hotels, or third-party transfer providers. Our liability is limited to the booking amount service fee charged by us.
These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
