Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Flight Cancellations

Udaan Airways serves as an intermediary between the passengers and the airlines. Refund conditions are as follows:

  • 48+ hours before departure: Partial refund as per airline policies + Udaan Airways convenience fee.
  • Less than 48 hours before departure: Non-refundable as per basic airline rules.

2. Hotel Cancellations

Refunds for hotel bookings depend on the specific property's policy, but our general terms are:

  • 72+ hours before arrival: Full refund (minus small processing fee).
  • 24–72 hours before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Package Cancellations

Refunds for curated tour packages are based on the number of days before travel:

  • 30+ days: 90% refund.
  • 15–30 days: 60% refund.
  • 7–15 days: 30% refund.
  • Less than 7 days: No refund as bookings with local vendors are pre-paid.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to hr@udaanairways.com with your booking ID and reason for cancellation. You can also call us at our 24x7 support number.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original mode of payment. This is subject to banking cycles and airline processing times.
